This policy explains how we collect, use, store, transfer, and protect personal data when you use our website, products, widgets, API, support service, and marketing materials (together, the “Services”).

In this policy, “personal data” means any information that identifies or can identify an individual; “processing” means any operation performed on such data (collection, storage, use, deletion, etc.). We determine the purposes and means of processing; our suppliers may act as processors on our behalf.

We only process the data necessary for the operation of the Services. This includes:

Typical retention periods: account data — while active and up to 24 months after deactivation; access and diagnostic logs — up to 12 months; financial records — up to 7 years or another period required by law. After retention expires, we delete or anonymize the data.

We implement organizational and technical security measures, including encryption, access control, backups, and monitoring. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security, though we make reasonable efforts to protect it.

You have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your place of residence or work. In Ukraine, this is the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; in the EEA countries — the respective national data protection authority.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age (or older, if required by your country’s law; for example, 16 years in some EU countries), and we do not knowingly collect data from such individuals.

Information about the use of cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Notice. Currently, we only use necessary cookies and do not use analytical or marketing identifiers, so no consent banner is displayed on the website. If in the future we decide to use optional cookies, we will update the policies and implement a consent mechanism.

We may periodically update this policy. The new version takes effect upon publication on our website; in the event of significant changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a website banner).
