(Terms of Service)

By using the Vijap website/Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We provide software and online services for analytics, integrations, and reporting. We may modify or discontinue any features.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Prohibited actions include:

• violating the law, third-party rights, or these Terms;
  
  
• reverse engineering, attempting to circumvent technical restrictions;
  
  
• deliberate overload/disruptions (DoS), spam, malware;
  
  
• unauthorized access to data/accounts of other users;
  
  
• using the Services to publish unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
  
  

You retain rights to your content. By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to process the content for the purpose of providing the Services (storage, reproduction, transmission, format modification, etc.). You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights.

The Services, software, design, logos, and database belong to us or our licensors and are legally protected. Reproduction or creation of derivative works is not permitted without our written consent.

By providing feedback/suggestions, you agree that we may use them without compensation or restrictions.

The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their policies/actions. Use is at your own risk, subject to the terms of those providers.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or fitness for your expectations, except as expressly required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
— indirect/incidental damages, lost profits, data loss;
— damages caused by third-party services;
— our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last 12 months (or the equivalent if the service is free).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us for damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights while using the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the Terms or create risks/cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account. Certain provisions (IP, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

As a rule, the governing law is that of Ukraine (Kyiv), unless another jurisdiction is expressly stated in a contract with you. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if unresolved, in a competent court. For consumers in the EEA, mandatory laws of their country may apply.

We may update the Terms. The new version is effective upon publication. If changes are material, we will notify you (email/banner). Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
